Using BoardDee in any way — browsing, posting, contacting another user, or paying for promotional features — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and of the Posting Rules and Privacy Policy referenced below.

You must register with accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. One person should keep one account; do not share or transfer accounts. We may suspend or close accounts created with false information or used to evade enforcement.

Posting a listing requires a verified Thai phone number. A verified number may be linked to one account. Reusing another person's SIM card to bypass verification, or recycling a verified number across accounts, is prohibited and grounds for account suspension.

You are solely responsible for your listings. That includes: legality of the item or service in Thailand, accuracy of the title, description, price, and photos, ownership or authorization to sell, any required licences or permits, and the consequences of your transaction decisions. BoardDee does not pre-verify listings.

The following are not allowed on BoardDee. The Posting Rules page lists examples and edge cases.

• Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, pirated, unsafe, recalled, or restricted goods
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and parts intended to make them functional
• Drugs, controlled substances, and prescription medicines sold without authorization
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, and other age-restricted goods where Thai law restricts online sale
• Hazardous chemicals, poisons, and dangerous materials
• Adult sexual services, sexual exploitation, and related content
• Gambling, betting, lottery, and casino services
• Pyramid schemes, MLM recruitment, and suspicious online income or investment offers
• Fake documents, fraud tools, fake accounts, and SIM cards registered to another person
• Restricted wildlife and animal products
• Regulated services without the required licences (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• Goods or services that infringe intellectual property rights

Every listing must follow the Posting Rules. In short:

• One specific item, service, property, or job per listing
• Correct category and subcategory
• Factual title — no all-caps, clickbait, exclamation marks, or unrelated keywords
• Accurate final price including required extras; rentals must show the period
• Honest description: condition, defects, what's included
• Real photos of the actual item, not stock images, watermarks, or collages
• No phone numbers, emails, social handles, or external links inside the title or description

BoardDee may reject, hide, remove, restrict, or suspend listings or accounts to enforce these Terms and the Posting Rules, comply with Thai law, prevent fraud, or protect users. Moderation is reactive and at our discretion; we do not pre-verify every listing, and the absence of action against a listing is not endorsement. Repeated or serious violations can result in account suspension without refund of paid features.

Do not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or dox other users. Do not scrape the platform, abuse our APIs, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with site operation. Communicate respectfully — Thai and English are both welcome.

Free posting is metered by two per-user caps: how many free listings can be live at once, and how many free posts can be created per calendar month (resets on the 1st, Asia/Bangkok time). The current numbers are shown on your Dashboard. Free listings can be extended at no charge a limited number of times per listing — beyond that, you must upgrade the listing to a paid tier. Paid promotional features and paid extensions are always available; pricing and the period covered are shown at point of purchase. Charges are processed by our payment provider; BoardDee does not store full card data. Refunds are at our discretion and generally limited to service-fault cases. We may change pricing or the free-tier caps prospectively; existing purchases are honored at the price paid.

BoardDee is a venue for posters and viewers to find each other. BoardDee is not a party to any transaction between users. We do not handle escrow, delivery, or post-sale disputes, and we make no warranty about the items or services advertised. Inspect items in person, verify ownership documents (vehicle registration book, title deed, etc.), and use safe payment practices.

You keep ownership of the listings, photos, and other content you post. By posting, you grant BoardDee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate, and promote that content on the platform and in service-related communications. You confirm you have the rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights.

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, with whom we share it, retention, and your rights under Thailand's PDPA.

We may update these Terms over time. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use BoardDee after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your use of BoardDee, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under Thai law, including your right to bring a consumer case under the Consumer Case Procedure Act.

These Terms are provided in English and Thai. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the two versions, the Thai version prevails.
